Question about wheels and tires

Are turbo twist wheels and tires nterchangeable from a 911 to a Boxster S in the same sizes?

225 40 ZR 18 front
and

265 35 Zr18 93W rear?

Offset is different. The Boxster will need spacers on the rear. Tire sizes are fine.
