Bosxter s or BMW 330i Convert

Hey everyone, im new to this forum and may be a new owner of a 2003 boxster s. I am trying to decide between the s and a BMW 330i convertible with an m sport package.
I am having a tough time deciding mand would like to hear any positive or negative feeback from any boxster s owners.

Thanks for the help and the forum looks great

They are different animals. If it were me, I don't think I'd like the compromise of a soft-top on a sedan; I'd rather get a 4 door 330. Then again, sometimes compromise is the right choice to make.

Either way, you'll be happy. But the Boxster will make for better memories when you look back 20 years from now!

Choices

Well, if I were to get a BMW, it would have to be the M3.

The Boxster is as Charles said, a different animal. You really can't compare them.

Depends on what you want out of the car, but you sure as hell can't beat the pure pleasure of owning a Porsche.

Well you guys are right, just test drove a 2003 boxster S and absolutely fell in love with the car. I have driven previous boxsters and the S seems better in every aspect: looks/suspension/gearbox/speed.

For the price it was a no-brainer after driving the S compared to the BMW 330 convertible, so I have ordered the car and will be getting next wednesday.

It is a 2003 Boxster S, seal grey metallic, 18" turbo 2 Wheels, xenon lights, bose sound, and all the goodies from the 2003 update. I will post pics when I get the car and look forward to being part of your community here.

Greetings

You ought to have some nice rides up where you live. Perfect places to take the Boxster!
