Also, kudos to combining your love for cycling, and a great cause of battling cancer in children. Cycling has been a huge part of my life as well, although recent nerve damage has limited my abilities. Thought I'd share a video I put together of our last trip to St George Utah. Click in if you have a few minutes to kill. Again, thanks for all you do for the forum... and the world we live in. Regards, Steve https://vimeo.com/91816125 |

Using the serial you provided 'W5009183' the codes are 9947 or 9945 so can you double check your serial number using the menu on the radio. Turn off radio. Hold down the TP button for at least 10 seconds. Turn the radio on. "Becker 1" will be displayed. Rotate the right knob slowly, as it will display the Becker model number. Rotate again and radio serial number will display on radio display. If the serial number is still the same as what you typed then something else must be wrong... Heiko |
Heiko here is a picture of the radio with the serial number shown. Not sure what else I can do.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7acb0150cb.jpg

The two codes I gave you are the two codes i get, I just ran them again for that serial just to be sure and 9947, 9945 are it. Now I have seen the serial number display in error if the display is damaged. So for instance if the 5 was a 6 or the 9 was an 8 etc... you can try 9643 as a third alternate but chances are slim that it will work. If you happen to question the display the only other option is to pull the unit out and read the etched serial on the side of it. I'm not sure what else to tell you.... Heiko https://greatcyclechallenge.ca/Riders/HeikoVoss |

I have a 1999 Boxster with a CDR 220 radio needing a code. After a HILARIOUS experience dealing with a dead battery behind an electronic locked trunk I'm left with no ability to play the McGuyver soundtrack, which is how I feel after getting to that frickin battery.
Type 4462 Ser. W5011240 Your help is appreciated! |
