tint on seal grey with grey top??

I am looking to get my windows tinted, but not sure how dark to go. In the past all my cars were DARK, but not sure how this would look on the Boxster. Anybody else have a seal grey/grey top that they tinted?

The Florida summer is coming soon and I want that added protection!

Yes, I just had it done on my seal grey with black soft top and black leather interior. So, I left it up to the installer for the most part and he put 30% on the side windows and 20% on the rear. In NJ its not really allowed unless you have a medical (vision) card. However, if its not too dark, the cops usually let you alone. He explained that by keeping the side windows not too dark that you aren't asking for trouble . The shop I went to does most state police and local police cars and he told me that cars like a Honda Civic with 5% tint (limo tint) is a dead giveaway for cops to pull over. Hope that helps....I guess in Florida you can go real dark all around???

i saw one here in San Diego and it looked legit.

in California, the laws states no tinting on driver or passenger windows and the windshield... but so long as your car is new'ish and/or expensive, they don't give you much problems about it.
