Have you checked your garage?

ccstud17 04-20-2013 01:00 PM

it is (if a US car) to the right of the radio. there might be a plug covering it

I'm just picturing Patrick frantically texting while driving on a phone that's about to die because he can't find the cigarette lighter.

I bet he hasn't come back because his smart phone died before someone was able to tell him where the cigarette lighter is.

Maybe someone should point out the location of his owner's manual is too.

I can picture this guy standing beside his car with both trunk lids up, frantically texting the forum to ask where the hell his engine is. :D

Light Bulb Moment

That's why I can't tune stations on my radio. I thought the tuner knob was broken

By the way, do your intermediate wipers speed up trying to turn up the volume

I constantly adjust my volume when trying to change wiper speed

Funny thread... anyone replaced your cig lighter with some kind of USB power supply? My lighter is dead and needs replacing so was thinking perhaps there is a USB power outlet option out there some where that I can buy.

I'm stuck in my boxster ... does anyone know where the door handle is ?

EssexPorsche 04-26-2013 04:38 AM

i thought you had ejecter seats - as well as fender mounted machine guns??
Just press the button with the seat picture on it!

EssexPorsche 04-26-2013 04:40 AM

Just something i though i'd share ... I'm getting huge power surges and a massive increase in revs everytime i put my foot on the big right hand peddle!!!

I need to get this sorted before it ends in tears, any ideas gents?

Mark_T 04-26-2013 04:49 AM

Essex - Your problem is that you have too much oil in the engine. Drain it down by about 8 quarts and then drive the car hard. The problem should go away after a few minutes once the DME has a chance to adjust the run settings according to the corrected oil level.

EssexPorsche 04-26-2013 06:05 AM

Hey Mark, don't be mean now! Its all just a bit of fun.

Mark_T 04-26-2013 07:28 AM

Me, mean? Perish the thought! :D

dbear61 04-26-2013 07:36 PM

I locked my keys in the car. The top is down, and it's going to rain tonight. I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas. Can anybody help?

Why are you using your feet on the hand pedals? Keep your feet by the feet pedals for maximum safety.
