Wind deflector removal

I need to remove my plexiglass wind deflector mounted on the roll bars between the seats. I tried pulling on the black plastic levers on the top at the sides, but it doesn't seem to do anything. They seem very fragile and I'm afraid I'm going to snap them off.
Is there a trick to removing these things?

For removing reflector, swing black tabs to the rear, not up.

... and then gently push the whole deflector down just a little and then it should slide out

Ended up snapping off both levers (you'd think I'd learn after the first one).
I did get it off though. Thanks.

Don't fret about the plastic spring clips, they are not too expensive and easy to replace.

Found this post, a little too late, pull back not lift up! I destroyed the passenger side clip, driver's side seems somewhat messed up from previous owner. Pelican has them for $6, so no harm, no foul....other than positioning the new levers on the deflector....any had to replace these, suggestions?

Thanks
