Do I have to change the bolt that holds the lower control arm to the frame?
 
Well the title says it all. Do I have to replace that bolt when I get a new lower control arm? It seems to have lock tight on it.

I didn't replace mine, just used Blue locktite on reassembly.

So these are not stretch bolts?
