options on car

OK, I know this has been answered before but I couldn't find it by searching.
Is there a specific email address or contact number for the factory to get options list on a specific car. Under hood sticker dosen't have much (obviously not a heavily optioned car) and it's kind of faded too. I want to get the in-service date also as I am not currently in possesion of the original owners manual. How long does this usually take?

You can buy a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche. I think I have attached the form.

If you just wanted to know what options came with the car, you can take the numbers from the sticker under the hood and plug it on this website:

http://www.kindel.com/Porsche/options.asp

That's how I found out exactly what options originally came with my car. This site is very very useful!
