That's...unbelievably tacky :(
Anyone that puts these on their car should be banned from ever owning a Porsche.

kjc2050 04-10-2013 03:39 AM

Which appear to have bald tires and rusty rotors.

It's a toss up as to which is more ridiculous, these hideous intake magnets or the dual exhaust tip one that I came across awhile back.

BruceH 04-10-2013 07:54 AM

Sad, very sad. I mean really??

HAUSIDMT 04-10-2013 08:21 AM

Has to be the worst thing I've ever seen on a Boxster, or any car in general.

Now only if they would include a decal that could be applied over the rims to "upgrade" the wheels. Improve the look of your ride a step further without spending a lot of $$$ Anyone sense a money-making opportunity?

This is what I envision every time someone calls their 986 wheels "rims"

Homeboy981 04-12-2013 04:34 AM

I'm not sure who is worse, the person that invented those stupid magnets, or the guy buying them. What a freakin eyesore!

jdiba 04-12-2013 10:44 AM

Order up 2 sets for ME JD ! In case I scratch one of them ! :D

Seriously though....what is wrong with our sidevents just as they are ?

I think they look fantastic. I'm guessing this product is not gonna do all that well
and will quietly disappear. :ah:
