Frunk Unlocking on its own!

My 01 S frunk keeps unlocking on its own...in the garage this morning, used rear trunk button which unlocked both trunks....thought ' that's weird' but went on my way. Stopped for coffee and noticed frunk unlatched....closed it... got to work...unlatched again. Closed it. Drove to get gas...guess what? Unlatched when I got to gas station. Irritating. Just replaced remote battery as remote didn't open doors or trunks, worked better for a few days than wouldn't open trunks and hard to unlock car. A another hint...when it gets warmer,above70, and I lock car with remote, it beeps 2x and red security light remains illuminated. Any ideas?

Just removed battery from remote and when I use the key to unlock the door, it pops the frunk! Something with the central locking system...uck
