Transfer all parts to new door shell, how hard?
 

How hard is it to replace the door and transfer all the part over - exterior handle, door locks, window lifters, window, door card etc etc?

Have found a potentially nice door shell in the right colour to replace my slightly iffy passenger door, but it's a bare shell, so would need to move literally everything across...
