Does anyone have this problem with my 2003 Boxster 2.7 liter.
I have an intermittent problem while opening my front truck lid via key fob or hood release switch located next to the driver's seat.
When activated, I can hear the locking mechanism actuate but the lid remains in the locked down position. :troll:
The problem is really apparent when it's hot outside and less apparent when ambient temperatures are mild to cold. I literally have to wait for the front of the car to cool down before trying again.
Can anyone offer a solution?
