Unable to start car, dash lights all blink
I've left my car in a covered garage for about 3 weeks. When I attempt to start the car, dash lights all blink and flicker. I hear a clicking noise as well. Battery seems to work fine since the radio, windows, lights all work. Also, an odd thing is, the windows seem to move up and down. Any ideas where I can start looking?

The battery maybe low. Even if all the electrical works doesn't mean that there is enough juice to crank the motor.
Try jumping it. |
Has the car been put away for winter? as SF-Rockster said check the battery, not enough power to turn the motor.

I usually take the car out once a week, but this time it's been 3 weeks.
Anyways, haven't had time to jump it yet but did take a video of what the symptoms are. Unable to start 03 986 S - YouTube |
Sounds like it is turning over just fine. I would say either no spark or lack of fuel. I would start with spark and not at the plug as you are not even getting a pop.

Just throwing it out there as a possibility...
check the crank position sensor. |
The fact the lights are flickering during cranking makes me still think a low or bad battery. Hook up a good charger on it overnight or pull it and have it checked at your auto parts store. I'd start there first.

It just clicks . Hopefully because the starter doesn't have enough power to it to crank the motor. Start with the easy stuff first. |
Turns out that the battery was low. Jump started the car and drove it for an hour. Shutting it down and turning it back on worked fine. Thanks all!

Mine was low enough it just would not try. All lights on, then "click", nothing. |
