aftermkt radio help!!
 

I'm receiving an eclipse radio this week, and have a few questions about the install... as far as i know.. all that is needed is a wiring harness and a antenna adapter to make it work.? I plan on installing myself... its for a 00 without door speakers. ( dash only ) . Is it as simple as connecting the harness and antenna and solder/ crimp wires to the connector of the eclipse ? ... any help appreciated.

Is there an external amp i need to worry about ? somewhere else? help ease my radio stress . -pat

That's pretty much it. Make sure you connect the power antenna wire (usually blue) from the stereo to the window antenna booster wire. Otherwise the signal will be pretty weak.
