S2000's are awesome!
I had an S2000 for about 6 years. Wonderful car. Ridiculously cheap to maintain. I think I spent about $2500 maintaining it to 73,000 miles. I spend nearly that much every year to maintain my Boxster.
Pluses -
Amazing Handling
Relatively Quick Acceleration (Similar to boxster S)
Drives like a go-cart
Minuses -
Tiny interior
Loud
Very Little Torque (150 lbs per foot or something similiar)
Would I buy one again? Yes, yes, yes and yes. I think of the cars I've owned, the S2000 is one of my favorites. I regret selling it every day. Once my boxster dies - (and assuming I can't buy a 911/cayman), I'm definitely going to buy another one.
