That's actually a special order, three layer metallic paint option on that Ferrari.

It still looks dull and washed out to me, especially compared to their old yellow.

It's actually called "Racing Yellow" and I definitely prefer Speed Yellow as well. I think Porsche wanted to mix up the palette a bit and bring something new, fresh, and obnoxiously loud to the repertoire.
