BobMarley1,

I am familiar with the LED bulbs for the side-markers.

Can you give us the LED bulb number/type for the headlights?

I would like to make the same modification to my 1999 Boxster.

Thanks

Same bulbs as the side markers.

These are the ones I purchased.

I'm thinking of getting these for the 3rd brake light, since they use the same bulb as well. But I think it might be too bright, cause the side marks are REALLY bright. I mean really bright! They might be too distracting to drivers next to me at night, as I haven't really tested it out yet. All I did was install them, but they light up the ground next to you, which you can't see in the pictures.

Do you happen to know if these bulbs work in the fog lights?

The fog lights are H1, so no, these LEDs won't work there.

I did this too but had some cheap LED side lights and one broke. You can also change the interior bulbs to led and the number plate lights.

Bit pricey. Working the conversion I think my interior leds were about $5 from eBay too, just buy the led equivalent from the manual.
