Help towing advice needed

okay I have decided that I needed to tow my car to the local dealer...the problem is my car won't start, i thought it was the battery but I noticed that the battery compartment was submerged in about 3-4 inches of water ( due to the crazy NE weather lately.)..

My concern is, I am going to use my AAA to get the Boxster towed but I am afraid of damage that will occur in the tow process, does anyone have any experience in this? Does AAA send any old tow truck for a porsche or is it a specific one for sports cars?

I have the towing hook that came with the car, I think it goes into the front bumper, anyone know how to get the cover off?

Most of the towing outfits use flatbed recovery vehicles anymore, but in any event you should probably specify that kind of towing, as opposed the the hang-it-from-the-hook style.

If it's a flatbed that tilts much like a dump truck make sure they use some blocks of wood at the edge of the flatbed and the road otherwise you will get some curb-rash on the underside of the nose(due to the low clearance).
