Where can i find clear taillights?

Where do you guys recommend i buy clear taillights for my 99 boxster? Performance Products ask around $230 for a pair. Anyone know of anywhere else i can get them for less? Are they easy to install or should i have a pro do it?

I bought mine from my dealer (Beverly Hills Porsche). Cost me $194.50 and thats including tax. I installed them myself took about 20mintues to do both sides. Definitly changes the look of the rear end...

Are you talking about clear/red tailights or all clear? Wasn't sure but Suncoast MotorSports (have web site) oem Porsche clear/red with shipping $177 (lights only $160). Just put them on 2 wks ago.

I noticed the last few winters that these lights were occasionally in the 149/pair range. Summer hits and they jump to $200+. Hang in there and you will get a set cheap with the arrival of winter.

But more specifically $159 for the tail lights + $30 for the side markers.

These guys are typically one of the cheapest places around and are a favorite of a lot of regulars on this board. I've bought tons of stuff from them including this stuff.

www.suncoastmotorsports.com

also clear sidemarkers there are about $29 all oem/genuine porsche parts. I made the mistake of purchasing red/clear tailights off ebaymotors from Vertex and definitely quality was not there and could not return the part. It was missing one cutout on the back of the lights for one of the bulbs. so i bit the bullet and bought another set of tailights from suncoast - ahh much better.

This is the same website as suncoast motorsports or is Suncoast Motorsports. Good luck.
