Is it just my nerdiness getting the better of me or is this pretty cool?

Bought one in Shanghai a few months ago, after some negotiation I payed approx $20. It actually works decent as a phone and the camera has a few pixels inside. There is also a MP3 player in it and most of the time u can hear who is playing. Anyway, the wow factor makes it well worth the price. At least the first minutes...

The remote control buttons (and bells and whistles) are just decoration?

Remote buttons does not trigger anything ( from what I have noticed...) The feeling when pushing them however, is really great

Sounds like a cool toy for $20... too bad you couldn't get the buttons to work for your car.
