996 Motorsport headlight covers?

Can anyone guide as to where I might be able to pick up a set of 996 Porsche Motorsport headlight covers from to fit my Boxster racing car?

I am looking for the covers that were used on the RSR and other cars to put simpler headlights in the car for racing. Other option is to try and remove the front lens from my factory headlights I suppose...

Like these but to fit the early 996 and my 2001 Boxster?

You can get these race only covers on Ebay.

Why don't you have it vinyl wrapped for way cheaper?
Easily removed and easy to install.

Knowing how much anything from "Porsche Motorsport" department costs (ie. $285 for 2 pieces of plastic versus a regular pair for $29) you're better off to make your own set.

I obviously got something lost in translation

Porsche Motorsport make a modular headlight where the front plastic lens is a separate part from the light units behind. This is the part I am after.

The regulations I run with state that we need some lights on the front for wet race, but they do not need to be headlights. If you look at the picture from my car you can see that I run fog lights in the bumper and have fiberglass covers where the lights would be. I want to put the fog lights in the stock location behind the Porsche Motorsport lens - just like the 997 in the picture in my original post (although that car has led units in there I think)
