Tightening Torque for coolant hose clamps?

Like the title says, is there a tightening torque value for coolant hose clamps?
More specifically, the two large hoses that need to be removed for replacing the motor mount.
The one on the left is leaking under pressure. The hose clamp is pretty tight. I am trying to figure out if I have a bad hose, or a hose clamp that isn't tight enough?

TIA

If the hose is clamped tight to the nipple and is still leaking then I'd think that a corroded or cracked nipple would be likely. You won't know till you pull it off.

I've never seen torque specs for hose clamps. Half a turn shy of stripped oughta do it.

Tight enough but not too tight. What I do is as I tighten, I look at the perforations in the clamp, when I see the hose rubber is getting squeezed and starting to get flush to the top of the perforations, I stop.
