Very understandable though, 37 ft-lbs of torque is rather confusing.

The torque value isn't confusing. Remembering to double check that I tightened the oil plug is. So, douche` Mark T.

Kudos for working on your own car and training the wife to have some Situational Awareness and reporting the odd observations instead of just driving off regardless.

She is a gem and we can overlook her taking the boy toy for a ride, without you to chaperone. ;) :D

My Boxster is spouse proof fortunately as shifting gears and all 6 to boot is far too much effort for my girl.

I wanted to teach her to drive standard on the Wrangler but in retrospect that is probably not a great idea for a lot of reasons.
