Neat'in up that garage would yah !

Ghostrider 310 08-24-2012 07:04 AM

Those are all my awards and colleagues from my storied career pally and items from Esso it's like a museum closer up, I take my dad there he has dementia but he remembers stuff when he's in there. Oh and a couple spare Fiat steering wheels, hey want one? You can pretend steer on the couch when the car is stowed.

You are wrong, the spyders need to be out driving and enjoying the leaf color

black_box 08-24-2012 07:11 AM

Ohhhh! Is that a Fiat 124? That was my first ragtop -- best $600 I ever spent!

Ghostrider 310 08-24-2012 07:38 AM

It's a 124, was my dads, mine now. I can barely drive it and when I do I can't walk afterward which is a new experience. That is also why the other one is PDK, many here were disappointed in that choice but I can drive it. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1345822712.jpg

:)

This makes me smile. Nothing wrong with the PDK, I'll like to eventually upgrade to a newer Boxster with PDK at some point in my life.

I vacuum and blow out the spiders once a month and ya'll know how clean my garage is...but a spider that big, think I would keep it around! Nice!!

Oh and PDK rocks I enjoy it every time I haul a-s-s in my friend's 991.

Ahh, that Esso sign brings back memories....
I worked for Esso Australia for 10 years as a construction engineer and later as a maintenance supervisor on the offshore oil platforms in the Bass Strait between Australia and Tasmania. Good company to work for, but unfortunately I don't have any of their logos in my garage......

Ghostrider 310 08-25-2012 03:56 AM

Steve, if it really would mean something to you, I have an extra Exxon service shirt patch I could liberate but only one or two ESSO patches.

Nice pair of cars in your garage, by the way.

And one last thing....I aways wanted a Fiat 124 Sedan, but never came across one worth buying!
