i wonder how much sabine schmitz charges to let you ride along while she drives your porsche around the nürburgring

Few local PCA members I know have met her in the ring.

I don't get it, stone fox or not if life placed me and my car at the ring the last thing I would do is seek someone to "take me for a ride around it".

She sometimes drives the BMW ring taxi at Nurburgring. I did the taxi about 2 months ago and the driver told me that they will go out all together and it quickly turns into a two person race because she is instantly out of sight. all three of them are in the exact same car, she just dominates the ring.
