help! driver window not working

Hi. I am a newbie here. Have a 97 boxster. The passenger side window would roll down and go down an inch when the door is opened. However, the driver side doesn't roll down neither does it go down an inch when the door is opened. Could this be a fuse just causing the driver side windor to be malfunctioning?

Can you guys give me some advice on this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
It sounds like the window regulator. My car had the same problem when i first looked at it but the seller agreed to have it fixed before i bought it and it was the regulator.Their are a few other posts on it if you search "window regulator".Good luck.
Frank
