USA GPS Map CD for a 2008 Boxter S

Bought a 2008 Boxter S .. love it.

GPS doesnt work, asks for the 'CD'

Left it to the dealer and he bought PCM 3.0 / PCM 3.1 Navigation Database America p/n 99704490461 from PorscheUSA (5 weeks to deliver) - 'software update PCM3 ' 'sportscar/panamera 05 2011'
Porsche dealer installed it ... no maps , still didnt work,

Questions : Is there just one disk , am I missing a second ? P/n ?

Question : Is this the correct disk and just installation problems

Question : If so how do I install it or teach the local Porsche dealer in houston ?
