Yup...mine was the same. I bought the car when it was 10 years old and they had never been clean. I used mine for potting soil

not really. it took me about 1 hr to remove while taking pictures and some film. Hardest part was the wheel liner clips. That is because i was pulling on them wrong. But I don't know if i will ever get around to posting any videos, any way not something deadly.

Best to hit those plastic liner clips with WD40 the night before you disassemble, makes it alot easier. Also, spray down the radiators / condensers with Simple Green then rinse off, helps to get the gunk off. A pretty easy diy project

Are there any write-ups you used to take the bumper off? seems like something I should do fairly soon as I'm nearing 60k miles.

Thanks

Your right side radiator looks like it took a hit and got bent. Keep an eye on it for leaks.

did you clean between the condenser and radiator?

Ya I apparently bent it when i curbed and pop my tire a few months back. Posted a thread called " so i have a water leak in the front part of the car" I think. At that time I didn't know I had bent the radiator but from the looks of it I didn't brake it because I don't have any coolant leaking, so that is why I assumed it was the ac evaporator that may have cracked.

No I didn't clean between the radiator so I will be pulling the bumper off again and hopefully film it.

FYI, SimpleGreen is corrosive to aluminum. It may not matter if you rinse it immediately, but it was the impetus for the company developing Simple Green 13405.

Has anyone used commercial residential AC coil cleaner on the radiators? I would assume it would not damage aluminum.
