parking, side (fender) and tail lights on a left side do not work

Hi
My problem is - if I turn on "parking light" position (first position clockwise on headlamp switch) - i have front parking, fender/turn (orange) and tail lights on only on right side. Left side is off. If I turn "beam light" position (further clockwise position on headlamp switch) i have low/high head light on and only right tail light on. Brake and turn lights work fine any time.
As it looks like that it is not bulb problem (fender/turn bulb works) my question: is it "headlamp switch" problem? Or fuse problem (what makes me confused - there is only one fuse for both taillights)? Or wire? Or something else?
I tried search and did not succeed on my problem.
Please advise me my next steps to solve this problem...
Thank you

I have a fuse for each side of lights in my 2000 Boxster. Check the fuse panel near the driver's kick panel for the corresponding fuses.

Autobot152, thank you for reply. Are we talking about this diagram? 1999 fuse panel diagram - 986 Series (Boxster, Boxster S) - RennTech.org Forums
I can not find "parking, side (fender) and tail light fuses" at all. Or I have to use another diagram?
