Wheel refurbishing

Curious to know if anyone has ever had their wheels redone and by who? I have factory GT3 wheels and love them, but whoever changed the last set of tires did not take great care when doing so and I have several "stars" around the outer rim. While I'm at it there are a few scratches I might as well have repaired as well. Any recommendations?

I had some wheels powder coated by these guys a few years ago. Aside from the fact that I'm not a big fan of powder coating when it comes to wheels, they did a good job . There's a place in your neck of the woods that looks like a similar operation to them called CTW .
