I agree that you might want to do the motor mount, water pump and thermostat.

Somebody will no doubt suggest the IMS job, but I'd wait and do it with the clutch, if at all, if it were me.

All depends on what you paid for the car. If you picked it up for a song, then I'd take a more crash-and-burn approach, drive the crap out of it, and only fix what actually breaks. The problem with these cars is that one thing leads to another and, before you know it, you're in it for way more than you intended and have no hope of recovery if you sell it.
