There are so many independent dealerships bringing Porsche's, Ferrari's and exotics from Dubai to Iran, the people won't get pressured. In fact, plating in Iran takes a good two months, due to so many new cars getting plated from oversees. The people who own the dealership rights are the ones that probably take financial loss, but that's about it.
