Engine surges

While driving under a slight load or lifting off the throttle my car surges like the ecu doesn't know how much fuel it needs. Car bucks like a bronco. No codes and nothing out of the ordinary showing up on the Durametric live scan. What gives? Fuel pump?, fuel pump relay?, fuel filter replaced 25,000 miles ago (maybe)? Under high loads the car doesn't skip a beat but when letting off the gas it bucks. Anybody? Anyone?

Surges

Ran without MAF sensor connected. Same situation. Cleaned throttle body and idle control same thing. Ran a live graph of the throttle plates and position sensors through a steady increase of power and decrease and graphs were smooth. Guess I will have to take to a local shop tomorrow if you guys can't figure it out.

I think there's a vaccum leak.. I could be wrong. :(

It is definitely in the engine. Kinda like when you open the oil fill and you get a rough engine. It is mostly when I am between 1800 to 2200 rpm and low acceleration loads on the engine.
