Help removing pillars trims

Hey guys,

I'm trying to remove / replace the A pillars ( both left + right side ) and what I think is called the 'windshield interior trim panel'.

Link here to the same part in question on ebay ( 98 Porsche BOXSTER Windscreen Trim Panel 98655505902 R9086 | eBay ).

Is there any tutorial or walk through on how to do this ?

Thanks!

Easily done BUT when reinstalling DO NOT over tighten the 6 T-30 screws (2 outboard on each visor and one under each "eye" in center latch). Otherwise you'll make good use of the rest of this DIY attachment.

Anyhow, once you have visors off, gently pull a-pillar trim from top towards center of dash. Depending on MY, there may be a few clips in the middle so apply even pressure when you meet resistance. Once clips are released, do not pull up - there's still one more clip at bottom. Using a long handled flat head screw driver or trim panel tool, reach down behind a-pillar trim to where it meets dash and release clip at bottom. Now you can safely pull a-pillar trim up vertically to release completely (same procedure on both sides).

Good luck
