considering weights

I saw this in a magazine today

New Ford Shelby GT, which is actually pretty nice looking especially the recaro cobra buckets, anyhow the car = 550 hp weight 3820 The mag says the 200 mile an hour Mustang...(not with me in it)

Camaro ZL1 580 hp weight 4120 (should include oink horn)

I realize the horsepower is ludicrous compared to the Spyder but think about it, they are carrying a motorcycle in the back seat when contrasted to 3000 lbs 320HP.

You're absolutely correct. A heavy car complicates everything and helps nothing. Colin Chapman had it right all along.
