Aluminum pedals...tacky on a Tip?

I was looking for a way to liven up an (all) grey interior. Just looking for easy way to add some contrast and interior bling

Your car, your taste, your money. Do it if you think you'll like it.

Two of my cars have Al pedals, I don't even think about it as anything special. Not that I ever look down there anyway.

My car has the Rennline aluminum pedal set. I love them. I don't see any reason why this wouldn't look just as good for a tip.

I have em. They feel more solid than the stock rubber ones and look nice imo.

Urban,
My 2001 Tip came with aluminum pedals and I like the look.

Thanks...yes I like the look.

Maybe it shouldn't bother me..but the grey interior is just so bland.

Plus, it will go faster right :)

Faster. Better mileage. Easier to get women. The list is endless...

As soon as my wife saw my pedals she said "I want those in my car"... so they will get women but you have to buy them a set as well.

urban_legend 02-20-2012 05:46 PM

OK - then I will get two sets...

one for the p-car and one for my craftsman mower!
SHARE the POWER.

I have them on another car and just commenting that they tend to dirty up easily and can be slippery depending on the brand. Regarding the TIP, they are replicating a race item and automatic trans are not, so yeah about tacky!
