A nice day in "the winter that wasn't"

50 degrees in the Boston area today. Opened the garage door to let the sun warm it
up in there and then took the cover off. Took her off the CTEK and cranked it up. Let
her warm up real nice and then out for a very theraputic ride. God I miss driving it.

Enjoy it while you can. Winter returned here last week - 8" of snow last Sat and today it's 15 whole deg with a very nasty wind chill. Tonight is predicted to be -7.

19 days til I leave for 4 days of golf in Temcula, CA. But who's counting?

Is this an indication that you haven't been dedicating yourself to the Winter Workout Series ?

Well, it was 77 degrees yesterday and 76 degrees the day before... I just can't get into the winter mood this year.

Yeah, yeah, keep rubbing it in.....

Shouldn't complain though, have been driving Boxxie most of the time this winter, even with the top down last week!

Gotta love your Boxster. Give it what it wants. Take your Roadster on a road trip. We have the Boxster S on a road trip with us this weekend. We left Nampa this morning and are now in Portland. We drove 407 miles on the same tank of gas. 26.3 mpg. Ok for an S I guess. We took I84 through the Columbia River Gorge. We have had temps from 36 to 52 today. Weather from sunshine to fog to heavy rain. Planning to go look at a nice 911 cab in the morning. Then we go south a little to Corvallis to house hunt. Then Sunday we back to Idaho through central Oregon on US 20.
