Go to the autozone and buy some of those tire dressing foam sponges that have the yellow backing to hold onto but use them to wipe down the wheels instead. They are very good for fitting into tight spaces and the sponge is small so its easy to grip. Spray the wheels down with a mixture of water and car wash soap. You can pick up spray bottles from Home Depot for a buck. Dry it with a microfiber towel, Costco sells a jumbo pack where they work out to a buck or two per towel. I use wheel wax on the wheels but the basic ingredients are found on most over the counter waxes
