When I started it immediately after cleaning the TB, it idled no lower than 2000rpm and when I blipped the throttle, it would just sit at whatever RPM I took it up to, like the throttle plate was stuck. I ended up taking everything apart again to ensure the plate was moving freely only to find out it was still having the same problem. It was only after doing the e-gas reset that it idles solid as a rock now. I also cleaned the AOS tube, intake tube and intake runners while I had everything apart. As a result my throttle control is extremely smooth. I was having issues with throttle response delay causing me to stall or randomly over-rev the engine to avoid stalling. |

I'm having trouble getting this hose connector off. Any suggestions?

Got it. Have to push top and bottom exactly centred on the ribbed sections, enough to release it on the sides.
How much oil should there be in that hose? I stuck my finger in it and there was enough to drip off the finger. AOS shot? |
