Can security be bypassed to allow start

It rained a lot here last night, and my window was down slightly. Now my security unit under the seat is wet, no locking functions, turn signals stay on, interior light stays on. Can I bypass this to allow the car to start??

Not easily, which is the purpose of the system. You need to disconnect the battery, remove the security computer from under the seat, open it up and dry it out. It also has an on board fuse, which often blows in cases like this. Once dried out, all will return to normal......

And all is back to working after drying it out.
