Stock 2000 S muffler adjustment

My muffler is not sitting straight after it went back in. It's cocked to one side in the rear valence opening tilted ever so slightly in the horizontal plane. What can I do to adjust and straighten it???

Wondering if my bypass pipes have anything to do with it

Did you recently install the by-pass pipes ?

No they have been there for a while but everything came out and then back in again to get to my popped RMS. The alignment was fine before

I would assume that one of the two bolts on top of the muffler has broken off
You need to take the muffler off to check
