986 Headlight washer tips or new washer

I've lost the tip out of my passenger side (right hand side) headlight washer on my 2003 Boxster S, and WTB the replacement assembly or tips.

Thanks,

Pat

I lost my drivers side before and they do not sell the tip only. You have to get a new washer assembly.
Dealer quoted me $196 for the each washer assembly. Took me a couple months looking at ebay and finally found one for $25 a couple months ago from a 996 owner who upgraded hus front end to GT3 look front end.

You can get the washer from 996 because they are the same parts.

Headlight Washer assembly or tips

Thanks for the advice. Now, I only need to find someone with one for sale.

Do you need it to be functional or just to cover the hole?

I might have the passenger side (if I still can find it) but it has some crack on the connector. Whenever you use the sprayer, the tip will pop out. It is just going to cover the missing head.

Headlight washer sprayer tip replacement

Laphan,

I would prefer it to be functional, as the other side works. Everything was fine and it worked perfectly, until one day when I was washing the car, I discovered it was gone. Now, it just sends a spray straight up, which while amusing to some, isn't the desired effect.

Like I think we all know, the sprayer assembly is okay, it's the tips that can't take the sun exposure and eventually crack and fall out.

Thanks much, but I think that I still need to keep looking...
