You've either got a nail in your tire you haven't found or the wheel bearing is gone.

Search the forum for all the info related to checking for a worn bearing.

Just for the hell of it, try tightening the lug nuts. I had a clicking noise on a car once that only happened when I drove over a driveway hump. Turned out to be a slightly loose lug nut. It was tight, but just not tight enough. This was way before using a torque wrench on the lug nuts was the established practice.

Worn out

Could possibly be a worn tie rod end. My front passenger side was giving me a "clicking" sound and turns out that's what it is. Ordered the parts and they are being put in as we speak along with a replacement for a worn rubber boot. Good luck!
