Avatar problem

Sorry about the off topic but I'm trying to add an avatar..When I goto "edit avatar" I have a check box that says "do not use avatar" and I can't uncheck it..Is this a glitch in my computer or am I doing something wrong?

i don't remember where i saw it, but there was a thread about that. according to the owner/manager of the forum, you have to have at least 100 posts before you can add/edit an avatar. however i am unable to add an avatar as well. i think once you get to the limit, you can PM the moderator and request the ability to add an avatar.

Correct. Go to forum rules and read them. It explains what to do after you have 100 posts to request access to post an avatar. Also a good idea before joining a forum to get a feel for the timbre and tone of that forum. It's like the owner's manual for the car. Lot's of good information to be had.

On the home page under rules it states you must have 100 posts before you can have an avatar. When you hit that number send a PM to rkwei and through email you will send him a small file (avatar) for approval. He will post it for you.
