road trip (canada, eh?)

well having just returned from denver, i figured it's time for another road trip - this time to our neighbor to the north, the land we looked at and said "no thanks" to - canada, eh. (i kid, i kid)

besides leaving all my guns at home, any other suggestions? do i need to learn the words to O Canada?

fyi: just going across the border to london, ontario for a few days (sept. 13-16) but if anyone is in the area or along the way would be great to stop and say hi.

Hell, I don't even know the words to "O Canada"!

Leave your pepper spray, butterfly knives, switchblades, blow guns, nunchucks, shurikins, crossbows, and your mega-volt stun gun at home too. Swords and bats are acceptable.

Beer is stronger as well as the Canuck Buck.

If you are taking the P-Car, use Shell 91 which is 100% gasoline with no ethenol!!!! The car will love it ....

+1 on the Shell premium gas. Esso (Imperial Oil) premium is probably just as good but I use the Shell as much as I can. Sometimes on long country road trips I have to drop my standards and settle for what I can get.

The strong dollar isn't such good news for US visitors, especially with the higher cost of goods up here.

Garage
Check your spare tire! You should think about putting snow tires on the Boxster if you are going to the great white north!

Not so white where he's going. At least not yet. Probably not for another couple of months if they're lucky.

made it up last night. i've already learned a few things:
- it's cold up here...
- the metric system is confusing

And you'll find that everything is more expensive than your neck of the woods... So much for the hamburger standard
