Wiper dissasembly
 
I took off my wipers/motor because I needed to access the air ducts. I have everything reassembled except for a black rubbery piece. There are two of them and one goes around a rod for cushion I suppose but what about the other? They are oddly shaped and are about 2in long.

Not quite. That frame piece on the bottom is what mounts on the car and it's at one of the mounting spots that the rubber pieces are used. You could see it if you took off the battery cover. I may get some pictures going to point it out.

Sorry, I figured that they were the two rubber grommets or bushings shown in the diagram (number 6 and 8).
