Pin on brake pad?
 
I'm geeting ready to install new brake pads. Can anyone explain what to do with the pin that came with the pads?

Can you post a picture of the pin?

I used these instructions to replace my front pads last week:

Maybe you can point it out in one of the photos.

I went on Pelican Parts and discovered what the pin was for. It holds the pad in place on the caliper.
