OK we have a holiday weekend coming up... Let's see those BBQ pits in action. Here are photos of my grill, 30 pounds of Tri-Tip cooked on California oak, Santa Maria style BBQ!

I am simply a Weber gas grill guy and I probably use it 3 times/week year around. I will probably do tri tip, chicken thighs and grilled veggies this weekend... maybe a Pacific salmon fillet. |

just kidding. we'll be cooking everything from the freezer that just thawed from nearly 3 days without power thanks to irene.
it really was a champagne moment last night when power was restored, it meant warm showers....i need the yippee icon. dan |
