coil pack

just finished changing my plugs and noticed that, one one of my coil packs, i was able to pull lhe rubber tube off the pack. there were no problems with it prior to the change, so anyone know if this is an issue?

i did a bit more research and they are available seperate pieces. i'm uncertain how they join together, however - press on or twist/screw on (i've read that they twist on, but mine just press together and feel a bit loose).
