Front trunk is wet !

Does anybody have a clue as to why I found about a 1/4" of water in my front trunk. I have no idea where this came from and I want to fix the problem asap.

Search renntech or ppbb, I've read about this several times. Something to do with drain holes being blocked and needing cleaning out. Not a big issue as I recall.
